At witching hour, in deep of night
The magic creatures take their flight
As banshees scream and sirens sing
The silent bells of Faerie ring

The doors between come into sight
Float o’er the world at such a height
And through those gates, with all their might
There come the Faerie Queen and King
At witching hour.

Then all the lanterns come alight
As witches, wizards, with delight
Trade spells and potions, wondrous things
Exchanging news and gossiping
It is chaotic, full of fright
At witching hour.
